We value your support and want to make sure you fully understand our refund and exchange policies before you make a purchase.

1. General Policy
All sales on our website are final unless stated otherwise. Because many of our items are custom, limited, or print-on-demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@barsandcoffee.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

2. Socks & Intimate Apparel
For hygiene and safety reasons, socks and other close-contact apparel cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances — even if unworn.
✅ No returns, no exchanges, no refunds on socks.

3. Print-on-Demand Items (Made-to-Order Products)
Items marked as Print-on-Demand, Made-to-Order, or Custom Printed are produced specifically for your order.
• These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
• Refunds will only be issued if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the defect, for review and resolution.
We will work with our print partner (like Printful, Gelato, or whoever you use) to either reprint or refund the defective item if verified.

4. Event Tickets (Live Shows, Cyphers, or Performances)
Tickets purchased through Bars and Coffee or affiliated sites are non-refundable, except in these cases:
• The event is canceled (full refund issued automatically).
• The event is rescheduled, and you can’t attend (you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement).
If you can’t attend an event for personal reasons, tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to another guest (by contacting us at info@barsandcoffee.com before the event).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong, missing, or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace or refund it once confirmed.
