Bars and Coffee is open to participants of all ages who want to express their artistry and be part of our creative community.
Parental or Guardian Consent Required for Minors
Because Bars and Coffee operates as a media and entertainment platform, all participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate. This includes permission to appear in event recordings, photos, or any media content created during Bars and Coffee events.
By signing up, you acknowledge that:
• Bars and Coffee events may be filmed, photographed, and shared on public platforms for promotional and creative purposes.
• You are voluntarily participating and understand that your performance and likeness may appear in recorded or live media.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and sign the Parental Consent & Media Release Form before participation is approved.
