Bars & Coffee is building safe, creative environments where the youth can write, perform, record, and learn from real-life artists and entrepreneurs.
Your contribution helps us fund workshops, studio time, events, and resources that keep their dreams alive.
Where does the money go?
Programs & Events – 50%
Open-mic events, youth showcases, and Bars & Coffee creative meetups.
• Workshops & Mentorship – 25%
Sessions on songwriting, performance, studio etiquette, branding, and business.
• Equipment & Resources – 15%
Mics, speakers, lights, rental fees, and supplies.
• Admin & Operations – 10%
The basic costs of keeping the program running and organized.

Q1: Is my donation really going to the youth?
A: Yes. All Youth Fund donations are designated for youth-related programs, events, and resources.
Q2: Can businesses donate or sponsor?
A: Absolutely. We welcome partnerships with local businesses, brands, and organizations who want to invest in the next generation.
Q3: Do you only work with youth interested in music?
A: No. Music is a big part of what we do, but we also support young people interested in creativity, entrepreneurship, media, and the arts in general.
Q4: Can I see updates on what my donation did?
A: Yes. We share progress, photos, and stories through our website, email list, and social media, so you can see the impact you helped create.
